Wisdom Heroes is a young company carrying trainings that are not young at all.
Hypno School has been teaching in Germany since 2017, and as a community for years before that. The curriculum has been through hundreds of students, corrected where it did not work, and rebuilt where it could be better. What comes to the United States is that, translated. Not a new product invented for a new market.
Founding Wisdom Heroes was the logical next step in a move that is currently under way. Stin-Niels Musche splits his time between Carlsbad, California and Hamburg, and will relocate permanently in the summer of 2027. And it runs in both directions: from here we continue to serve our clients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark and Luxembourg.
We think, feel and live hypnosis
As important as how you learn is who teaches you.
Our instructors share everything they have, and they stay reachable outside course hours. Supervision and peer supervision by video call, graduate meetings, questions answered long after your training has formally ended. A certificate is where most schools stop. For us it is the point where the interesting part starts.
Stin founded Hypno School and speaks at the largest hypnosis congresses. He was the first instructor in the world besides Ines Simpson permitted to teach the Simpson Protocol, helped shape it, and still practices it himself.
That last part matters more than any credential on this page. Like all our instructors, he sees his own clients almost every day. When we tell you something works, we are not quoting a textbook. We found out this week.

We built the hybrid model before it was fashionable
A solid online component plus a small number of targeted live sessions. Not a compromise, a better design.
What that saves you is time and money: no week of hotel bills to attend a training that could have been half video. What it gives you is a knowledge base that keeps growing after you finish, new material as it is produced, and the ability to go back over any part of the training at the hour you actually have free.
Hypno School was the first provider in Germany to teach hypnosis this way, and we have had years to work out which parts genuinely need a live room and which do not. Spoiler: practice does. Theory does not.
Informal, curious, on eye level
We are on first name terms with everyone, we treat students as colleagues in progress rather than as an audience, and we would rather be asked a difficult question than a polite one.
There is a lot of certainty for sale in this field. We prefer curiosity, and we say so when we do not know something. If you want to belong to that, we would like to meet you.
