1. Who you are contracting with
Wisdom Heroes Inc., 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 17179, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Wisdom Heroes", "we", "us"). By using this website or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What we provide
Education and training in hypnosis and related fields, delivered online and, for the retreat, in person. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue individual offerings. Where you have already paid for something we discontinue, you get the unused portion back.
Certification documents that you completed training with us. It is not a state license and it does not authorize you to practice medicine, psychotherapy, counseling or any other licensed profession. What you may lawfully offer depends on the rules of your own state or country, and checking that is your responsibility. See our Disclaimer.
3. Using this website
Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to damage, disable, overburden or impair it, do not interfere with anyone else's use of it, and do not try to gain access to areas you have no right to be in.
4. Enrolment and payment
Prices are stated on the relevant page. By purchasing you agree to pay all fees shown at checkout, to give accurate payment details, and to cover any taxes or charges that apply where you live. Payments are handled by third-party processors under their own terms. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until it is settled.

This is not the same for every offering, so please read this part.

For everything sold directly by us, a contract comes into being when we confirm your booking, and these terms apply.
The Self Hypnosis workshop is sold by Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany, acting as reseller in its own name. Your contract for that purchase is with Digistore24, and their terms and their withdrawal policy govern it. We deliver the workshop itself. If you want to cancel or rebook that booking, you can still write to us and we will sort it out with you.
Place of supply is Wyoming, United States, except for the retreat, which takes place in Switzerland.
5. Your account
Learning platform access is personal to you. Do not share your login. We may end access without refund if login details are shared or if course material is copied, resold or published.
6. Intellectual property
Everything on this site and on the learning platform — text, video, images, logos, scripts, handouts, software — belongs to Wisdom Heroes Inc. or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the training material for your own learning and in your own client work. You may not copy it, pass it on, publish it, resell it, or use it to teach others without our written permission.
"Simpson Protocol" is a registered trademark held by Stin-Niels Musche. Completing a training does not give you a licence to use our trademarks or logos beyond stating truthfully that you trained with us.
7. Content you send us
If you send us a review, a testimonial, feedback, or a photo or video for that purpose, you give Wisdom Heroes Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and distribute it for marketing and educational purposes. You confirm that it is yours to give and that any other person shown in it has agreed.
This does not cover anything you share inside a session or a retreat. What happens in the room stays in the room, and we do not use it for anything.
You can withdraw this permission for future use at any time by writing to us. We will stop using the material, though we cannot recall printed material already distributed.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, our Consumer Health Data Notice and our Cookie Policy. Where the law requires your consent for something, we ask for it separately rather than treating your use of the site as agreement.
9. Cancellation and changes
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. We may change dates for live sessions if we have to; you will be offered an alternative date or the recording.
10. Conduct, suspension and termination
Treat other participants with respect. What another participant shares in a session stays in that session.
We may suspend or end your access to the site, the platform or a live event if you breach these terms, if you behave in a way that makes the space unsafe for others, or if you use the site unlawfully. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first. Where we end access because of a breach by you, no refund is due. Where we end it for any other reason, you get the unused portion of what you paid.
11. What we do not promise
We teach methods. We do not promise a particular result for you or for your clients, and we do not promise any income, business outcome or professional recognition. Anyone who promises you those things is selling you something else.
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Wisdom Heroes Inc. nor its affiliates, employees, instructors or agents are liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the offering the claim relates to.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, statutory rights you have where you live are not affected.
13. Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because you used the site unlawfully, breached these terms, or infringed somebody's rights, you will cover the reasonable costs and damages that result, to the extent the law allows.
14. If we disagree
We would rather sort things out than argue about them. So:
- Talk to us first. Write to info@wisdomheroes.com describing the problem and what you want. Both sides then have 30 days to resolve it informally.
- Then mediation. If that fails, before either of us goes to court we will take part in good faith in one mediation session with a neutral mediator, held by video call or in Sheridan County, Wyoming. We each carry our own costs and split the mediator's fee.
- Then court. If mediation does not settle it, the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have jurisdiction and the laws of the State of Wyoming apply, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Small claims are exempt. Either of us can take a dispute to small claims court at any time without going through the steps above.
Consumers in the EU, the UK and Switzerland: nothing here removes your right to the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or your right to bring proceedings in the courts there.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought something governs that purchase; we will not change the deal after you paid for it. For continued use of the website itself, the current version on this page applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Where a change materially affects an ongoing service you are paying for, we will tell you before it takes effect.
16. Other
If a clause turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our agreement. Written communication by email is fine.
