Refund and Cancellation Policy

Different offerings work differently, so they have different rules. Where the law where you live gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

Trainings with learning platform access

Hypnosis Training, Simpson Protocol

These deliver digital content immediately. Before we unlock the platform we ask you to confirm two things: that you want us to start right away, and that you understand your statutory right of withdrawal ends once we do.

• Before the platform is unlocked: cancel for a full refund. Write to us.
• After the platform is unlocked: no refund, because the service has been delivered.

There is no money-back guarantee. We would rather you decided carefully than bought on the strength of one. If you are unsure, spend time in the free HypnoCampus material first.

Self Hypnosis workshop

This workshop is sold by Digistore24 GmbH as reseller, so their withdrawal policy applies to the purchase itself. Beyond that, here is how we handle it in practice:

• You can rebook to a later date. Write to us before the workshop starts.
• If you cannot attend and do not rebook, the recording stays available to you.
• If we have to move a date, you can take the new date or get a full refund.

Healing for Leaders and Healers retreat

• More than four weeks before the date: cancel or rebook free of charge.
• Four weeks or less before the date: the fee stays due, because the circle is small and a seat that frees up late cannot realistically be filled. You may send a replacement participant, subject to Dr. Petra Frese accepting them.
• If we cancel the retreat, you get the full amount back.

HypnoCampus

Free, so there is nothing to refund. To close your account, email info@wisdomheroes.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it.

How to cancel

Email info@wisdomheroes.com with your name, what you booked and what you want. A sentence is enough. We confirm in writing, and refunds go back the way you paid, usually within 14 days.
